Don't Sleep Inc. was founded in 2010 by Ra’shea Ford, who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping the youth in all areas, starting a backpack program for all school age children, addiction, homeless individuals and more. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving thousands of individuals each year.
